Director of AI Product Management

Job Summary

Owning the product vision and strategy for an AI-native answering service platform, the full-time remote Director of AI Product Management will manage the product lifecycle, engage with customers and clinical workflows, and collaborate across teams to develop and iterate on AI features that meet healthcare needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product roadmap for the AI answering service, aligning it with business objectives and technical capabilities
• Lead customer discovery efforts to gather insights and develop user personas for the AI platform's primary audiences
• Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and oversee the integration of AI features while ensuring compliance with healthcare standards

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, including 3 years focused on AI, NLP, or conversational AI products
• Working knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and product design considerations related to data handling
• Technical fluency to critically evaluate AI capabilities and write functional specifications
• Proven track record of shipping AI features at scale and iterating based on user feedback
