Director of AI Product Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Delivery Operations, AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary resource for internal AI initiatives, prioritizing high-impact opportunities and driving the AI PD Operations roadmap
• Build and lead a high-performing AI PD Ops organization, managing individual contributors
• Define and monitor AI adoption, performance, and ROI metrics, providing visibility for executive leadership

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience with at least 5+ years leading product operations teams
• Genuine fluency with AI tools and models, with the ability to build processes involving AI agents and LLMs
• Demonstrated experience building product operations infrastructure from scratch or significantly rebuilding it
• Strong data and analytics capability; comfortable with modern data stacks and technical systems design
• A "driver" who can move fast while maintaining quality and security, with sound judgment in agile processes
