Director of AI Product Strategy

Job Summary

Owning the internal AI strategy and operations, the full-time remote Director of AI Product Strategy will manage the development and implementation of AI capabilities across the organization, ensuring alignment with company goals and collaboration with internal teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the ongoing internal AI strategy and operating model, deciding on investments and retirements of capabilities
• Set product direction for the internal knowledge layer and prioritize delivery with engineering and data teams
• Establish standards and governance with security and legal teams to ensure safe and efficient use of AI tools

Required qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in strategic program ownership or internal functions; 15+ years for Senior Director level
• Proven track record in setting strategy and managing operations for company-wide capabilities
• High fluency with modern AI tools and insights into their future impact on internal operations
• Experience collaborating with governance, security, or legal departments for sustainable implementation
