Job Summary
Leading AI-enabled transformation initiatives, the full-time remote Director of AI Program Management will manage a portfolio of projects focused on process optimization, intelligent automation, and the adoption of AI tools across Development functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and prioritize AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and responsible governance
- Analyze and redesign Development workflows to enhance efficiency through AI solutions
- Drive the adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and other AI tools through training and stakeholder engagement
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, or life sciences organizations
- Strong understanding of clinical development processes and associated functions
- Experience in enterprise technology adoption and digital transformation initiatives
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs and manage complex organizational initiatives
- Hands-on experience with AI technologies and developing business requirements and automation solutions
