Job Summary
Leading the governance and execution of AI initiatives, the full-time remote Director of AI Program Management will manage standards, oversee cross-functional councils, and ensure alignment across various business functions to drive successful outcomes in the AI portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Own AI Big Bet governance standards, delivery expectations, and coaching to drive portfolio progress
- Run cross-functional councils to align decisions across legal, HR, Finance, and technical stakeholders
- Maintain and manage the operating rhythm for AI Portfolio forums and oversee execution of enterprise AI programs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of experience in program governance or PMO leadership at an enterprise scale
- Direct experience in setting stage-gate criteria and governance frameworks across multiple programs
- Experience running cross-functional councils or steering committees
- Proven track record of managing at-risk programs and driving recovery plans
