Key Responsibilities

• Deliver solutions to identify payment integrity issues and improve healthcare outcomes
• Plan and execute risk and control delivery for audits and compliance
• Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing AI/ML team

Required Qualifications

• Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science or Statistics
• 10+ years of machine learning and data science experience in high-growth companies
• 5+ years of management experience in building AI/ML teams
• Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks such as AIML NIST Framework and HIPAA
• Experience with large-language models and cloud-based machine learning deployments
