Director of AI Security
Job Summary
Leading AI security initiatives, the full-time salaried Director of AI Security will oversee the integration of AI security controls into customer-facing products, manage adversarial testing, and define the AI Security strategy while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Define integration of AI security controls with Product Security and Engineering leadership
- Lead adversarial testing and security reviews of major AI product initiatives
- Own and drive the AI Security strategy and multi-year roadmap for DigitalOcean
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with 4-5 years focused on AI/ML security
- Demonstrated experience in defining and driving AI or security programs at an organizational level
- Deep knowledge of adversarial ML attacks and defenses
- Strong programming skills in Python and Go with a track record of building security tooling
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Mathematics, or related field
