Director of AI Security Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Engineer (AI, Data & Security Tooling Ecosystem).

Key Responsibilities

• Define reference architecture, technical standards, and reusable primitives for AI enablement services and ecosystem integrations
• Establish standards for code quality, test-driven development, and secure software engineering practices
• Ensure engineering guardrails for AI-assisted workflows and manage tooling readiness and lifecycle stewardship

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of relevant new product or technology development experience
• Undergraduate degree in engineering, computer science, or related field; MBA/MIS/MS preferred
• Proven ability to lead cross-product technical strategy and influence senior stakeholders
• Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD practices and operating production systems
