Director of AI Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of AI for Professional Services responsible for strategic and operational leadership of technical delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI strategy and enablement within a global SaaS organization, aligning with enterprise roadmap and go-to-market approach
• Build and lead high-performing teams, managing goals and fostering a culture of inclusivity and collaboration
• Manage operational aspects of Professional Services, ensuring high-quality technical support and implementing automation

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in running a Professional Services practice or business
• Proven leadership experience with a successful track record in managing P&L and building high-performing teams
• Strong background in operational management of Professional Services and Contact Center delivery teams
• Expert-level knowledge in UCaaS and CCaaS technologies, including IVR systems and API integrations
• Experience in creating and managing Statements of Work (SOWs) and contract negotiation
