Director of AI Services

Job Summary

To lead a growing AI delivery practice, the full-time remote Director of AI Services will manage client engagements from prototyping to production, oversee the development of tailored AI solutions, and build a team while maintaining commercial ownership of the professional services practice.

Key responsibilities

• Prototype solutions quickly based on client briefs and oversee the delivery of tailored AI solutions from discovery to go-live
• Own the P&L for the professional services practice, including revenue targets and margin management
• Build and mentor a team of AI consultants and engineers while establishing delivery methodologies and quality standards

Required qualifications

• 7+ years in professional services, consulting, or solutions delivery in an AI, data, or SaaS context
• Proven commercial track record with revenue targets, SOW management, and services P&L responsibility
• Strong hands-on fluency with AI-assisted development workflows and rapid prototyping
• Fluency in LLM application patterns, including prompt engineering and tool use
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale delivery teams in a fast-moving environment
