Director of AI Services
Job Summary
Building and leading a client-facing AI and data services practice, the full-time salaried Director of AI Services will own the strategy, service portfolio, and delivery methodology while driving client outcomes and business growth remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build and scale the AI and data services portfolio, leading client engagements from discovery to deployment
- Define repeatable service offerings and delivery methodologies while ensuring quality standards across engagements
- Serve as a senior advisor to clients, translating AI capabilities into measurable business value and managing the AI and data services P&L
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology or professional services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Direct client-facing AI delivery experience, including scoping and leading AI solutions into production
- Strong knowledge of applied AI and modern data technologies
- Experience in defining delivery methodologies, standards, and tooling
- Proven ability to scope and sell complex engagements to executive-level buyers
