Director of AI Solutions

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Artificial Intelligence (AI) - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI and machine learning solutions to optimize business processes and enhance products and services
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of AI engineers, ML Ops Engineers, and Researchers
• Collaborate in developing and implementing the overall AI strategy, roadmap, and governance for the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical or numerical field; MS degree preferred
• 15+ years of experience designing and developing applications and/or data engineering pipelines
• 5+ years of experience leading data engineers and app developers in building financial services solutions
• Experience in AI technologies such as LangGraph, LangChain, and NLP-based automation
• Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms and big data analytics
