Director of AI Solutions

Job Summary

To shape the future of AI solutions, the full-time remote Director of AI Solutions will design and implement AI systems that automate workflows, enhance deliverables, and integrate with Polaris IQ's intelligence layer while managing a small team of junior strategists.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship AI solutions for internal and client-facing use
• Own the full lifecycle of deployed AI solutions, including maintenance and enhancement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify high-value opportunities and translate them into solutions

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on client service, product, or technology
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with production AI systems, including API integration and SQL/data warehouse fluency
• Experience in managing and developing early-career talent
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Proven experience collaborating with development and product teams
