Director of AI Solutions

Job Summary

Leading discovery and engagement for Finance AI Transformation, the full-time remote Director of AI Solutions will manage stakeholder conversations, map and re-engineer workflows, and triage AI opportunities to enhance corporate functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery conversations across corporate functions to identify friction points and workflows needing improvement
• Map and re-engineer processes from current-state to future-state, highlighting AI intervention points
• Brief the engineering team with clear technical requirements and maintain a managed asset opportunity backlog

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in managed services, cloud/IT services, or enterprise SaaS/professional services
• Experience in workflow re-engineering and mapping real business processes end-to-end
• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to challenge assumptions and identify key problems
• Demonstrated experience using generative AI tools for practical applications
• High emotional intelligence to build trust with non-technical stakeholders and facilitate AI adoption
