Job Summary
To shape the future of AI solutions, the full-time remote Director of AI Solutions will design, build, and manage AI systems that automate workflows and enhance decision-making while collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship AI solutions for internal teams and clients to automate workflows and create new capabilities
- Own the full lifecycle of AI solutions, including concepting, building, maintenance, and enhancement
- Partner with various teams to identify high-value opportunities and translate them into deployed AI solutions
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on client service, product, or technology
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise production AI systems, including API integration and SQL/data warehouse fluency
- Experience managing and developing early-career talent
- Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven experience collaborating with development and product teams
