Key Responsibilities

• Build and ship AI solutions alongside the engineering team, ensuring high-quality deployments
• Hire, manage, and develop the Forward Deployed AI Solutions Engineers while setting success criteria for deployments
• Partner with business leaders to prioritize AI opportunities and maintain clear communication throughout project lifecycles

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in coding, building agents, and debugging production systems
• Strong knowledge of LLM, agent behavior, and enterprise system integration
• Proven leadership experience with technical teams while remaining a significant technical contributor
• Experience in security and compliance frameworks related to data governance
• Familiarity with forward-deployed engineering or AI-related technical operations is a plus
