Job Summary
Leading the company's evolution into an AI-enabled organization, the full-time remote Director of AI Strategy will define and execute the AI transformation strategy, manage AI budgeting, and drive adoption across the organization while collaborating with executive leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Define and own the company's AI transformation strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term vision
- Develop and maintain an AI transformation roadmap, balancing immediate wins with strategic investments
- Act as a visible AI champion, translating complex concepts into practical language for non-technical audiences
Required qualifications
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional initiatives and driving organizational change
- Deep understanding of AI technologies, capabilities, and limitations
- Experience managing organizational budgets and establishing governance frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at the executive level
- Background in strategy, operations, technology leadership, or consulting is preferred
