• Build and lead an AI program operating model, ensuring alignment across teams

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in strategy and execution roles
• Experience leading cross-functional programs in R&D, clinical/regulatory, and go-to-market
• Deep operational rigor with experience in tracking KPIs and accountability
• High emotional intelligence and collaborative leadership style
