Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director AI PLG.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain an AI technology stack for automated customer life cycles and product-led engagement
• Implement AI-driven experiences within the application to enhance user engagement based on real-time behavior
• Serve as the AI subject matter expert, translating business requirements into technical AI solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in revenue, sales, or marketing operations with hands-on experience in AI tools
• Proven experience at a Product-Led Growth company, ideally at the Series C stage
• Strong background in data analysis and evaluating model performance
• Data-driven mindset with experience in freemium/trial conversion models
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and lead change management effectively
