Director of AI Strategy

Job Summary

As the strategic operating leader for the Enterprise AI organization, the full-time Director of AI Strategy will manage the operating cadence, decision mechanisms, and governance forums to ensure responsible AI deployment while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and oversee the operating cadence for AI strategy, planning, execution, governance, and value realization
• Build executive-ready mechanisms for prioritization, decision making, and cross-functional accountability
• Prepare leadership communications and ensure alignment around shared priorities and measurable outcomes

Required qualifications

• 12 - 15 years of experience in strategy and operations, enterprise transformation, or program leadership
• Experience at senior manager or director level in complex enterprise technology environments
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders across various domains
• Experience in building operating models and governance mechanisms
