Director of AI Strategy
Job Summary
Shaping the long-term AI and digital transformation strategy, the full-time Director of AI Strategy will drive enterprise-wide adoption of emerging technologies, champion responsible AI practices, and ensure measurable value realization through process modernization and automation in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the enterprise AI vision, roadmap, and KPIs aligned with corporate strategy
- Drive the adoption of applied AI and intelligent automation across core business functions, launching pilot programs to foster innovation
- Chair the AI Governance Council, establishing frameworks for ethical AI and leading policy development for AI usage and data sharing
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 7+ years of experience in AI/ML, digital transformation, or enterprise technology strategy
- Proven ability to scale AI initiatives across a matrixed organization
- Deep familiarity with AI/ML technologies, data science workflows, and cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS
- Experience leading governance programs for AI, data privacy, or emerging technologies
- Strong knowledge of banking and financial services technology, including core banking systems and digital banking platforms
