Job Summary
To support a transformative AI initiative, the full-time remote Director of AI Strategy will manage a portfolio of projects, translating enterprise strategy into actionable plans while overseeing workflow redesign and learning development efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Translate enterprise AI strategy into an actionable portfolio and enablement plan, defining progression models and adoption priorities
- Oversee enterprise-wide AI transformation communications, ensuring clear narratives that demonstrate business value and scaled adoption
- Direct workflow redesign efforts, identifying current-state work friction points and redesigning processes around AI capabilities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of experience in strategy, portfolio management, or transformation leadership roles
- Direct experience managing a portfolio of competing initiatives with a focus on prioritization and pipeline health
- Experience leading workflow redesign and organizational design efforts
- Track record of overseeing learning and development functions tied to technology or operational changes
