Director of AI Technologies

Job Summary

To drive the organization's enterprise AI capability, the full-time Director of AI Technologies will define and execute the AI roadmap, manage the design and operation of the AI platform, and lead the delivery of high-impact AI use cases in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise AI roadmap aligned to business priorities
• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI solutions across clinical, operational, and corporate functions
• Build and scale a multidisciplinary AI team while managing budget, tooling, and external resources

Required qualifications

• 10+ years in technology roles with 4+ years in a leadership or management capacity
• Demonstrated experience building or scaling enterprise AI/ML platforms in production environments
• Deep understanding of LLM ecosystems, MLOps practices, and AI API architectures
• Track record of translating business problems into AI product requirements and delivering solutions
• Strong executive communication skills to present complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences
