Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of AI Transformation to lead the adoption of AI across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise AI strategy, prioritizing initiatives for business impact
• Partner across teams to implement high-impact AI and automation initiatives
• Guide the organization in introducing and scaling AI, including training and support for employees

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in operational or digital transformation, AI enablement, or business systems in a SaaS or technology environment
• Proven track record of driving change across cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of AI tools and concepts, including generative AI and workflow automation
• Experience with modern integration and automation platforms
• Thoughtful approach to data governance and responsible AI use
