Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Transformation (AI).

Key Responsibilities

• Leads initiatives that drive strategic, operational, and technology-enabled transformation across the organization
• Oversees project intake, discovery, and implementation processes for transformation initiatives
• Translates strategic objectives into actionable transformation roadmaps with measurable success metrics

Required Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in transformation, strategy, enterprise project management, or change management within a managed care or health care organization
• At least 3 years of management/leadership experience
• Advanced understanding of managed care operations and health care delivery systems
• Proficiency in project and change management methodologies
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
