Job Summary

Leading the analytics AI roadmap, the full-time Director of AI Transformation will drive the adoption of AI-enabled workflows across the analytics organization while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

Lead execution of the Analytics AI strategy and prioritize automation opportunities across teams
Deliver AI transformation initiatives, including automation, self-service tools, and compliance reporting
Partner with Product Analytics and Data Science to identify and implement impactful AI use cases

Required qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or healthcare-related field
7+ years of analytics or AI experience, including 3+ years in healthcare
Experience leading AI or automation transformation initiatives
Strong Azure and modern data architecture experience
Advanced skills in Python and SQL
