Director of AI Transformation

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Director of AI Transformation in a full-time remote capacity, this role will lead AI-enabled transformation initiatives across the company, partnering with senior executives and managing a team of analysts to enhance productivity and drive measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI transformation workstreams across various functions to improve operational effectiveness
• Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and execute AI-enabled opportunities that enhance customer experience and revenue growth
• Guide a team of analysts in structuring work, developing recommendations, and executing transformation initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience, including 3+ years in management consulting and relevant operational experience in a technology company
• Strong structured problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience in building business cases and defining KPIs
• Ability to translate between business and technical teams, ensuring feasibility and value of AI use cases
• Strong executive communication skills, capable of creating clear materials for senior leadership and board members
• Experience managing analysts preferred, with a consulting-style problem-solving toolkit
