Director of AI Transformation

Job Summary

Leading the establishment of an AI Center of Excellence, the full-time Director of AI Transformation will oversee the development of shared AI infrastructure, governance, and a cross-functional roadmap while collaborating with various departments to enhance AI capabilities across the organization remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage shared AI infrastructure integrations, data boundaries, and a standard AI stack
• Establish governance protocols for security, privacy, and quality monitoring to facilitate rapid team progress
• Define and report on metrics for AI efficiency, cost, throughput, and quality to demonstrate impact

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in technology, data, or product roles, with at least 5 years in leadership positions
• 2+ years of direct experience with AI or machine-learning systems and modern AI tooling
• Strong understanding of AI infrastructure, data security, and model registries
• Proven ability to influence and build coalitions across an organization
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, data, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
