Director of AI Workplace Automation

Job Summary

To drive operational efficiency, the full-time remote Director of AI Workplace Automation will design, build, and deploy AI-powered automation systems that enhance workplace processes across various platforms, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement high-leverage automation opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI automations to streamline WPM workplace processes and enhance operational workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems and eliminate manual data transfer through automated data pipelines
• Develop and deliver training on AI tools and automation practices to enhance team capabilities and ensure effective use of deployed systems

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in software engineering, automation engineering, or AI/ML engineering focused on enterprise applications
• Demonstrated proficiency with AI coding agents and experience in building automated workflows that integrate with enterprise platforms
• Strong knowledge of APIs, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and enterprise data pipeline design
• Experience working in cross-functional environments, influencing stakeholders without direct authority
• Ability to independently manage projects from scoping through deployment with minimal oversight
