Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Alliance Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize relationships with assigned corporate partners, including setting direction and scope for partnerships
• Oversee governance of partnership agreements and facilitate decision-making processes
• Monitor adherence to contractual obligations and ensure effective communication between internal teams and corporate partners

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a relevant field
• 10-15 years of relevant experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry (8-12 years with a Master's)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in alliance management
• Experience in contract negotiations and governance structures
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
