Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Alliance Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate governance committees and optimize operational processes across alliances
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and promote transparency among stakeholders
- Implement alliance management frameworks and manage contractual obligations
Required Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in a scientific discipline or MBA required
- Minimum of 10 years of post-educational experience, with 5 years in managing complex projects or partnerships
- Direct experience in alliance management or project management within pharma or biotech preferred
- Experience in oncology R&D is highly desirable
- Robust contract management expertise and effective negotiation skills
