Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Alliance Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate governance committees and optimize operational processes across alliances
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration and promote transparency among stakeholders
  • Implement alliance management frameworks and manage contractual obligations


Required Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree in a scientific discipline or MBA required
  • Minimum of 10 years of post-educational experience, with 5 years in managing complex projects or partnerships
  • Direct experience in alliance management or project management within pharma or biotech preferred
  • Experience in oncology R&D is highly desirable
  • Robust contract management expertise and effective negotiation skills
