Director of Alliance Management

Job Summary

Owning the Technology Alliances Program (TAP), the full-time remote Director of Alliance Management will manage partner recruitment, co-marketing initiatives, and strategic partner relationships while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance Nerdio's market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the tiered TAP structure, including partner recruitment, onboarding, and performance tracking
• Serve as the primary alliance liaison to Microsoft, addressing integration challenges and ensuring support for platform releases
• Develop co-marketing strategies and materials, while conducting quarterly business reviews with key strategic partners

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technology alliance, partner management, or business development, preferably in SaaS or cloud infrastructure
• Proven track record in managing and scaling a formal technology partner program
• Deep knowledge of the Microsoft partner ecosystem, including Azure, AVD/Windows 365, and co-sell programs
• Experience negotiating and executing partner agreements, including MSAs and co-sell addenda
• Strong skills in Salesforce or equivalent CRM for tracking partner-influenced pipeline
