Director of Alliances

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Alliances / Business Development to build and execute a partner ecosystem aimed at accelerating revenue and market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute alliances strategy across various partner ecosystems
• Drive partner-sourced pipeline through joint go-to-market plans and performance reviews
• Create partner onboarding and enablement programs while maintaining operational excellence

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in alliances, partnerships, or business development in relevant fields
• Expertise in cybersecurity and understanding of SIEM/SOAR and SOC workflows
• Experience building partnerships within data ecosystems, particularly with Snowflake and Databricks
• Proven ability to create and scale partner-sourced revenue in a high-growth environment
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills and ability to influence stakeholders
