Director of Alternative Investments

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Alternative Investments.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor updates to approved alternative investment strategies including hedge funds and private equity
• Conduct operational and investment due diligence on alternative strategies
• Present new strategy recommendations to the Investment Committee and assist with portfolio construction for high-net-worth clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
• CAIA and/or CFA designation preferred
• 10 - 15 years of experience in financial services
• 6 - 8 years of experience conducting due diligence on alternative investments
