Key Responsibilities
- Own advertising budget allocation, TACOS/ROAS targets, and contribution margin outcomes for multiple brands
- Manage and develop a team of Ad Managers, ensuring accountability for performance and budget
- Partner with data and technology teams to build advertising measurement capabilities and evaluate Amazon advertising products
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of Amazon advertising experience with large, multi-brand catalogs
- Experience managing and developing advertising teams
- Deep expertise in Amazon search, DSP, and AMC
- Strong analytical skills for budget modeling and performance evaluation
- Ability to leverage AI tools for improved team output
