Key Responsibilities
  • Own advertising budget allocation, TACOS/ROAS targets, and contribution margin outcomes for multiple brands
  • Manage and develop a team of Ad Managers, ensuring accountability for performance and budget
  • Partner with data and technology teams to build advertising measurement capabilities and evaluate Amazon advertising products
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of Amazon advertising experience with large, multi-brand catalogs
  • Experience managing and developing advertising teams
  • Deep expertise in Amazon search, DSP, and AMC
  • Strong analytical skills for budget modeling and performance evaluation
  • Ability to leverage AI tools for improved team output
