Director of Amazon Strategy

Job Summary

Leading the Amazon business as a General Manager, the full-time salaried Director of Amazon Strategy will be responsible for delivering sustainable growth across all Amazon channels, developing long-term strategies, and managing cross-functional integration in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the Amazon business with accountability for net sales, profitability, and strategic direction
• Develop and execute multi-year strategic plans and lead vendor negotiations to secure growth opportunities
• Drive operational excellence and financial performance through effective forecasting and risk management

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
• 8-12+ years of experience in Sales, eCommerce, Customer Development, or General Management within CPG or related industries
• Significant experience leading Amazon or large omnichannel eCommerce businesses
• Proven track record managing complex P&Ls and delivering profitable growth
• Strong understanding of the Amazon retail ecosystem and digital commerce capabilities
