Key Responsibilities:

Perform the MLRO role independently and maintain stakeholder relationships
Develop, implement, and maintain an effective AML program
Ensure compliance with AML regulations, conduct risk assessments, and provide training to employees

Qualifications:

Certification in AML (e.g., CAMS) is required
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
10+ years experience in AML compliance within the gaming/financial industry
In-depth knowledge of AML laws, regulations, and industry best practices
Suitability for licensing with various regulators
