Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute a multi-year analytics roadmap aligned with organizational goals
Manage and mentor the analytics team while developing a hiring roadmap to expand capabilities
Champion a culture of data-driven decision-making by designing a self-service analytics experience

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Proven track record of building and scaling analytics functions within complex organizations
Deep expertise in modern analytics platforms, with hands-on experience in Databricks or similar architectures
Experience with BI tools such as Omni, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
Strong SQL skills and familiarity with predictive modeling or statistical analysis techniques
