Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Data Analytics to lead and scale their analytics organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and grow a team of managers and data analysts while maintaining high performance standards
• Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics strategy that aligns teams across the organization
• Guide the analytics product team in developing new capabilities for healthcare verticals

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of analytics/data science experience, particularly in healthcare and revenue cycle management
• 5+ years of management experience, including 2+ years managing managers
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and statistical analysis with hands-on experience in modern data stacks
• Bachelor's or Master's in an analytics or data science related field; advanced degree preferred
• Demonstrated success in building and launching analytics products that drive business value
