Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Analytics and Insights to lead their analytics team within the Revenue Operations function.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop a high-performing analytics team while conducting hands-on data analysis
Drive data storytelling and present insights to C-level executives and stakeholders
Translate insights into strategic recommendations and build scalable reporting frameworks

Required Qualifications

7-8 years of experience in analytics, strategy, or business operations, preferably in B2B SaaS
Proven experience managing and mentoring analysts
Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python, along with expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
Hands-on experience with Salesforce and business intelligence tools like Tableau or Power BI
MBA, MS in Analytics, or equivalent experience preferred
