Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field
• 8+ years in analytics roles, with 3+ years in leadership positions
• Hands-on experience with Databricks for data engineering and analytics workflows
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation
• Expertise in data and analytics supporting healthcare sales, operations, and delivery
