Director of Analytics

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Analytics to lead the US Data Analytics team and foster collaboration across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Analytics team, setting vision, strategy, and goals for the analytics function
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand analytics needs and deliver actionable insights
• Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and oversee recruitment and development of analytics team members

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in analytics, with 5+ years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional analytics teams
• Strong understanding of GTM strategies and experience with cross-functional collaboration
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, and experience with data governance
