Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Performance Suite Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead analytics partnerships with Client & Product teams to develop strategic approaches for risk partnerships and value-based care models
• Oversee analytics capabilities related to performance evaluation and financial reconciliations with capitated risk partnerships
• Manage and mentor team members while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives through data analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or healthcare focus
• At least 5 years of experience in claims-based healthcare analytics
• Extensive knowledge of healthcare claims and reimbursement methodologies
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL or SAS
• Prior people management experience
