Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Analytics & Strategy (Infusion/Specialty Pharma).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI-enabled dashboards to analyze operational trends and support strategic planning
• Collaborate with business development teams to assess market opportunities and develop data-driven growth strategies
• Lead a team of analysts to enhance data literacy and streamline reporting workflows across the organization

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in healthcare analytics, with a focus on payer, infusion, or specialty pharma
• Proven expertise in AI/ML tools, data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and SQL/Python
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
• In-depth understanding of payer reimbursement and drug pricing models
• Experience in financial proformas related to health systems and clinics, including 340B economics
