Director of Analytics

Job Summary

A company is looking for a leader of Analytics to leverage data and provide insights for improved company performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage data and information to fundamentally alter outcomes for the business
• Coach, mentor, motivate, and manage analytics team members
• Manage analytics team projects, monitor risks, and communicate project expectations effectively

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent required
• 5+ years of management experience and 4+ years managing analytics teams
• Demonstrated proficiency with analytic tools such as Excel, MS Power-BI, SQL, Python, and Spark
• Experience with digital marketing analytics and Google products
• Working knowledge of Agile tools and methodologies
