Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Data & Analytics (Digital Marketing).

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end analytics strategy for client accounts, ensuring robust conversion tracking and accurate data flow into reporting systems
  • Oversee the design, build, and maintenance of client-facing dashboards in Looker Studio, ensuring actionable insights and consistent reporting standards
  • Serve as the senior point of escalation for analytics-related account issues, providing strategic guidance and building trusted relationships with key client contacts


Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of progressive analytics experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Expert-level knowledge of Google Tag Manager and hands-on experience with Looker Studio and BigQuery
  • Strong understanding of data ETL processes and experience with client CRM systems
  • Demonstrated ability to build new analytics deliverables and manage account escalations effectively
  • Experience in building and managing analytics teams, including hiring and performance management
