Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Business Analytics to lead their Data Analytics team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of analysts and analytic engineers, setting goals and fostering a productive culture
• Drive the evolution of data infrastructure and analytics operations, including data modeling and reporting improvements
• Deliver actionable insights from data to support decision-making across various business functions

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data science with leadership roles
• 3+ years of experience managing teams of BI analysts or analytic engineers
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with dbt, cloud data warehouses (Snowflake), and data visualization tools
• Experience managing cross-functional executive stakeholders and establishing data governance frameworks
• Foundation in statistical analysis or data science methodologies
