Job Summary

Leading a team of SQL analysts and BI developers, the full-time Director of Analytics will shape analytic strategy and deliver high-impact insights for complex customer engagements in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead analytic strategy across large-scale, high-visibility engagements
• Architect advanced analytic frameworks supporting medical economics and performance measurement
• Mentor and develop analytic talent, enhancing team capabilities and driving measurable improvements

Required qualifications

• 8-10+ years of healthcare analytics experience, particularly in medical economics or risk
• Advanced SQL proficiency and experience with dashboarding tools, preferably Quicksight
• Proven experience leading large, complex analytic initiatives with significant business impact
• Strong data storytelling and executive-level communication skills
• Experience designing analytic methodologies and scalable frameworks
