Director of Analytics

Job Summary

To drive data-driven decision-making in a mission-driven healthcare environment, the remote, full-time Director of Analytics will collaborate with business and clinical stakeholders, leveraging advanced analytics to solve complex business challenges and improve participant outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand problems, derive insights from data, and develop creative solutions to achieve business goals
• Build relationships and trust with partners, utilizing data analysis to optimize operations and clinical efficacy
• Manage direct reports, including hiring, training, supervising, and mentoring analytics teams while ensuring timely documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum ten (10) years of experience in business analytics with a focus on consultative analysis and collaborative problem-solving
• At least three (3) years of experience in the healthcare industry preferred
• Proficiency in SQL, SAS, Tableau, Power BI, or other analytical and business intelligence tools
• Experience guiding analysts on analysis design and transforming complex data into actionable insights
