Job Summary
Leading the development of data-driven marketing solutions, the full-time Director of Analytics will focus on pre-sale strategy, client engagement, and solution design, primarily working from the Chicago or Sussex offices four days a week, with remote options available for candidates outside these locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of audience and data strategies for new business and organic growth opportunities
- Act as a senior subject matter expert in audience, data, and direct marketing analytics during client engagements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with broader media and production capabilities
Required Qualifications
- 12-15+ years of experience in direct marketing, CRM, or data-driven marketing environments
- Significant experience in client-facing, pre-sale, or solution strategy roles
- Background in agency, marketing services, or data-driven organizations
- Proven track record in developing audience strategies and analytic approaches
- Ability to translate analytic concepts into clear, client-friendly narratives
